Two Wise Men

“Look over the edge…”
Says a Wiseman to another,
Standing On the edge of a shearing cliff.
“What would I see that I have not seen before?”
Asks the Wiseman of the other.
“One never knows what he may find,”
Says a Wiseman to another
“If he looks beyond what is seen.”
Says the Wiseman to the other “What if I should fall?”
“It would be the end of me.”
“But look my friend,” says a Wiseman to another.
“At least you would have seen over the edge.”
